Our Chocolates
These chocolates are handcrafted at our Gladesville store combining the finest Belgian, French and Australian couverture chocolate (100% pure cocoa butter) with natural creams, fresh butter and the best natural ingredients, fruits and spices without artificial preservatives.
We use Raw Honey from our own bee hives located in Gladesville, Canada Bay and on Bruny Island in Tasmania.
Our chocolates are made fresh in small batches and best consumed within 2 -3 weeks after purchase.
